Appointment of Corporate Development Director

Salamander is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Nick Ingrassia as Corporate Development Director, with immediate effect. This is a new role which has been created as the Company continues its expansion and reviews potential opportunities in new and existing markets.

Nick joins from Valiant Petroleum plc (“Valiant”) where he was Corporate Development Manager for six years. At Valiant Nick led a number of new initiatives including Valiant’s entry into Norway and Iceland before it was acquired by Ithaca Energy plc in April 2013 following the conclusion of its strategic review process. Prior to joining Valiant, Nick spent six years in the financial sector including roles at Morgan Stanley in its Energy Investment Banking Division and The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Oil & Gas Project and Structured Finance team.
